Biography          

A native of New Jersey and a nationally recognized artist, Philip J. Carroll's work can be found in prestigious collections such as The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Price Waterhouse, Peco Energy Exolon Corporation, and McGraw Hill in New York, New York. Philip J. Carroll's paintings are sought after by private collectors across the country.

Philip J. Carroll is a fine artist, a lecturer, teacher of painting, curator at the Perkins Center of the Arts, and realist landscape painter in oils and watercolor. Trained at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, he also studied art history at the University of Pennsylvania.
